Treat yourself to a cozy getaway with family or friends: movie night with projector and Netflix, board games, a fun raclette dinner, and cozy nights under big duvets. Bright, with views of the Alsace plain and the vineyards, in a quiet location, a 15-minute walk from the center. Nestled between vineyards and castles, Barr combines Alsatian charm with amenities (train station), in the heart of the region: Strasbourg, Colmar, Europa-Park, and Germany just 30 minutes away.The spaceThe ENTRANCE to the apartment is via the terrace, which overlooks the vineyards and the Alsace plain. In the COURTYARD, you will have a reserved parking space. Other places are available on the street.Laminated HIKING GUIDES will make your first walks easier! (From a 1-hour walk through the vineyards above the house with a stroller to a 6-hour round trip to Mont Sainte-Odile, etc.)The kitchen has everything you need, including a Senseo coffee maker, an oven, a 4-burner stovetop, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster... Olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and vinaigrette (essential in my opinion!). A few coffee and tea pods to welcome you.No dishwasher, unfortunately!THE LIVING ROOM features a large dining table, a desk area (with plenty of electrical and USB outlets), a comfortable sofa bed with a chaise longue, a wooden armchair from a Swedish brand, and a pouf armchair, a video projector with Netflix included, and a children's area (small chair, coloring books, toys). A high chair is available in the hallway.In the HALLWAY, there is a cabinet where the board games and the raclette machine are stored, as well as space for shoes.The BATHROOM has a toilet with a child seat, a bathtub, a washing machine, and a hairdryer with a curling attachment. Shampoo, body wash, and laundry detergent available. Towels provided.The first BEDROOM has a double bed with a very large duvet, a dressing room, a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board. The folding crib (with an extra thin mattress) is always available in the corner of the hallway. Linens provided.The second BEDROOM has three single beds (two of which can be pushed together), each with its own large duvet for cozy snuggling, a large dresser, a towel rack, and a few hangers. Bed linens provided. On the PATIO, there is a large table, chairs, and two plastic lounge chairs.The terrace is not fenced, nor is the outdoor courtyard. Check-in: from 5:00 p.m. / Check-out: 10:00 a.m.Early check-in or late check-out possible upon request./!\ Smoking in the accommodation is strictly forbidden, you risk additional costs (€200).We take care of every detail and a professional cleaning is carried out before the arrival of each guest to ensure impeccable cleanliness.Guest accessThe entrance is independent; the entire property is at your disposal.Other things to noteThe entrance to the apartment has two fairly steep steps.
